To modify address, one needs to get address updated in the PAN database, which can be done through TIN website more
Just request on website to send refund by ecs so you get refund directly into bank account more
If your address is changed, you may also have one way to deal with it. You may write a letter to the post office of your earlier address requesting the Post Master to "REDIRECT" all the mail to your new address. The application can be like this: The Post Master, ......................... Sub.: REDIRECTION OF POST Sir, I have shifted my residence from: (Write old address here) to: (Write New Address here) Please redirect all the posts to my new address. Thanking you, Truly, yours, (Your name) Get a copy of this application stamped and signed from the Post Office official and all the posts addressed to your old address will be redirected to new address. All posts means, registered letters, speed post letters and ordinary letters. more
Address is not displayed on PAN card but the PAN card is delivered by post to the address in the database more
Please go to income tax site " e filling" log in and modify your address. Further apply for a new Pan card with new address , you will be asked for address proof which you have to submit. I think your problem will be solved. more
