HELP NEEDED IN EDANAD

My 70-year-old grandmother is currently stranded in Edanad, Kerala. They have no food or mobile access at this point, PLEASE HELP US.

Location -Currently on the terrace of Jacob Villa, Edanad, Puthencavu, Chengannur. Near St. Mary's Orthodox Church.
