Dear sir, possession certificate can be obtained within 7 days to 15 days from Akshaya kendra in Kerala Regards Sadhana Kumari. E Chief Consultant S&GAssociates Ernakulam. Ph. 9447377922 On Sat, 15 Jun 2019, 3:52 pm Ravindran Appachathu, < support@localcirclesmail.com> wrote: > more

First issue is whetehr the basic tax is paid for the curent financial year. Ensure that there are no arrears of basic tax. Once application is submitted, a copy of the application has to be filed before Village Officer and he require you to produce the original title deed. On compliance, the certificate will be issued. In case you have not obtained THANDAPPER ACCOUNT, apply for it and obtain it now. For this, you have to produce the Encumbrance Certificate coveiring the past 13 years.
