I can only sympathise with you and the people of Chengannur? Our disaster management system is manned by the most incompetent people who are selected on the basis of reservation. The public in general are doing a better job than those in such positions. Of course army and their men are excused from my comments... more

Your comments are very improbable and concern to others. Do you have any experience in disaster management, managing flood victims or attending such cases what had happened in Bhiwandi (when all south Indians were made to run with their undergarments or the exposure in Nasik or the Bombay burning etc.) You know how this task was carried out by different persons. Around 8 Lakhs people were shifted and more than 6000 still to be shifted. Of course there were little lack of Govt authorities and they have not given complete control more
