Grievances - How to Share

We recommend that all members add their consumer grievances in the Ratings section of LocalCircles by adding that business/service/brands here:

https://www.localcircles.com/a/productservices

This will ensure that awareness gets created about your grievance with other existing/prospect consumers as well as enables us to easily track business/service/brands with maximum collective grievances so the same can be shared with Ministry of Consumer Affairs and other stakeholders for necessary action!

As we carry out structured discussions on various sectors, you are welcome to share your grievance if applicable so it can be included as examples in the whitepaper.

Together, let us work to improve accountability and make businesses/services/brands more consumer oriented ! more

VLCC IN Pune model colony tells hair course will finish in 8 months but it's been one year and 6 months still course is not finished and the faculty never stays in front of students for practicals. She checks their practicals by asking them to take pictures and show her. If it's not right do it again. And when she is in mood she takes classes or else holiday.... Totally frauds and time wasting institute more
Dear Sir Namaskar. I have suggestions for the all ready made products available in the market should be available in the weight either in gram 10,20,50,100 or 250, 500 or 1kg. But not in 320 or 710 or 900. There should be law. more
Mr.Ramamani's observations are really a truth of the nation and is mind opening. In my case in a posh locality of Indore where the BSNL tower is installed in the same building,I have no signal on my mobile despite many complaints to the authorities. more
Soggy Delishus Biscotti of ITC I had purchased a 75 gm pack of Delishus from DMart Chandivali on June 13, 2014. The first biscuit was found to be soggy. Since I had been consuming Delishus since its launch and this was the first time I came across poor quality of biscuits. As per instructions on the pack I complained by email to Kitchens of India a division of ITC with all details. They wrote back asking for my residential address which was promptly conveyed to them. Someone from their Marketing Dept. talked to me on phone and promised to deliver a replacement pack. Since I did not get the promised replacement I again sent an email to Kitchens of India and also to Chairman of ITC, but have not received any response till today. more
I am fully agree with the comments given by Sh Ramamani Sadasivan(n.a.) on topics given above. In addition to that I will emphasis on that BJP to whom we have VOTED for better services in each field. Govt should just not speak but give some progress which every can see and feel. So 1- Telecom Services Providers like Vodafone,Airtel,Idea Bsnl are to tightened.2- DTH service providers 3-Public Distribution system 4-Price Rise for Eatables, and other daily consumables. etc etc these are the areas where Govt to see immediately. Statement given by Sh RaviShankar on 7th july 2015 for Telecome service provider is not sufficient.----Must Give results on Horizen to public. more
