FLIPKART AND IT'S LOUSY QUALITY CONTROL AND CUSTOMER CARE

Ordered 2 size 13 shoes for my Son from Flipkart. One Puma and 2nd Adidas. Both have problems

PUMA
The shoe box actually has a post it note on top marking it as spoilt. Yet it has been shipped. Atleast the seller should have had the common sense to remove this note!!! Sure enough on opening the box I found the right shoe having a very large cut right on top.

ADIDAS
Is advertised as Men's size 13. What I have received is boys size 13.

There seems to be no quality control whatsoever in Flipkart. There sellers can do just about anything and get away with it. There is a HUGE gap in what they show and what one gets

And to add insult to injury Flipkart promptly blocked my account when I demanded a return for both. more

Flipkart is spoiling Thier reputation...... Many such complaints are arising. Today my order was cancelled without any notification... Do they really don't need to run it .... more  
We should be carful when ordering from any e-commerce site. There are many type of sellers registered on the site including manufacturers and small shop owners. When you order from a shop owner then you can not be sure of the quality.
Always opt to buy from manufacturer or a known reputed seller. In absence of which it is better to go to buy a store and buy directly from there. more  
can someone help me with taking a case to the consumer court--bought a
fridge which is giving trouble from day 1 and Samsung engineers blythly
state theres no problem

It appears e-commerce sites are selling sub-standaared product. I had purchased a hard disk from amazone but with a few months it became defective. Though it was replaced by the manufacturer but that too became unserviceable with in a few months. I never enjoyed continuous service during the /guarantee or warranty period. Manufacturer get writ of their defective pieces like that. more  
Such fradulent practices are quite common, there are frequent complains on Consumer circle very often, still noone wishes to take a lesson. Who can save you from cheating. The communication is between you and the E-commerce agency, no one knows about it. You can complain to the customner care cell and continue knocking to have a response. there is no option left to you. No judiciary mechanism can work on it as no documented valid information is on record in the process. Every online purchaser should be enough careful while transacting with such agency. more
