1. Lack of skills can be fixed by providing formal training. 2. Am willing to help such Start ups, as a service (at no cost). I have been a Consultant for a Technology Business Incubator. Have over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and over 10 years in the academics. more
I wish to do something in this regard, can someone provide some useful tips to start a venture like this where educated youth are equipped with skills to get gainfully employed on their own. Thanks in advance. more
A gap exists between educated youth and getting them gainfully employed in terms of skill set required for employment. Unfortunately, there is hardly any entity making educated youth qualified for gainful employment. Somebody needs to fill the gap. Freshers are not welcomed everywhere, not even professional freshers like doctors, engineers etc.!!! more
Most of the unemployed and underemployed they lack skills of startup.Someone should guide based on one region which startup would be better/advantage. more
