I am +65, weight 58kgs - which I have been maintaining for nearly 40 years. Fortunately I have no other "IDENTITIES - EG., SUGAR, HPT, BP etc". I religiously do yoga and have been doing for nearly 50 years now, with some intermissions due to works etc. Now I do pranayam for +40minutes (all 7 forms) longest being kapalbhati, bhastrika (purak & rechak) and so on. Then 45-60 minutes of rigourous yogasans. Because of no IDENTITIES, I fortunately do not have any control on hunger or food, though I try and avoid eating in the night, as much as I can. I get sound sleep and work all through the day, without need for any sleep in the day time. GOD BLESS ME WITH SAME HEALTH. I have announced in my family meetings recently, that after I am off (final journey), my body should be donated for medical research and or all available parts be donated without any hesitation. Let this mortal body be useful for someone in need. If anybody is aware where to register myself for this, I would welcome same. I would encourage my wife and my family members for the same and would like to propagate this idea. When I announced this in the family everybody welcomed. One of the contributory reasons for this decision is the criminal wastage of money and time in social rites, energy, fire wood and so on and on. If not cremated there is no need for any of these activities. more
Not only the heart should talk to you but you should first talk to heart and ask how are you, whether I am keeping you happy and not blocking/restricting blood flow in you or putting undue pressure in blood flow in you by not keeping proper diet and exercise regimen. more

IT IS VERY EFFECTIVE MESSAGE FOR US. BY THE TIME YOU UNDERSTAND OR YOU ARE MADE TO UNDERSTAND , SITUATIONS , FOR SOME PEOPLE , ARE BEYOND YOUR CONTROL E.G. I WANT TO WALK, AS I USED TO IN THE PAST, BUT KNEE PROBLEM HAS REDUCED MY PSYCHICAL ACTIVITIES. more
