Digital platforms sending unnecessary messages.

It is observed most of the Digital platforms are purchased by Banks and they are sending their messages to members to promote the business of Banks i.e. take loans & credit cards etc. As the utility of Digital platforms for members is such they can not block the messages. It is requested Digital platforms should not such messages to members. It is requested the concerned ministry will look in to the matter & solve the problem of members. more

Instead of sending Generalised statement, agency should send the message to specific person only. This will save time and energy of people who are not concerned with it. more
It seems no concrete step has been taken by concerned department to instruct Digital platforms. The freecharge is sending every now & then such messages. more
Be careful about frauds. more
Scam is simple they tell you that u hv taken a policy which is lapsing unless you pay xyz amount . Now you hv not taken any policy but you get worried. Another one you have been chosen and your credit card is to be despatched , so please confirm your address. They know your account transaction details that is worst and try to sell mutual fund. I hv seen myself sitting in a corner office with telephone about six ppl just ringing this kind of message while i was waiting to meet a n official in one MN bank. This is totally unethical and illegal that bank is sharing details of its customers with their salesman of credit cards and insurance policies and brokerage houses etc. Govt agencies need to take action against these banks. Every day one gets atleast 5 messages at any time , whether one is with doctor, in some other place doing work, driving etc. It has grown to harassment from a simple nuisance wasting every ones time. And in reality it is totally meaningless to offer someone a credit card for 2-3 years more than a 300 times. Are indian MBA grads n Execs in these MNC, banks n even pub sector companies such big idiots that they cannot keep track and delete the number which has been approached and has declined few times ? more
They make you commit as if we have asked / applied for loan, very cheap tactics and some seniors inadvertently click and place themselves in innumerable problems. Stringent law to be enacted to curb this menace/ nightmare more
