Deficiency in services by Airtel .

Unfortunately there is no neutral unbiased system umpire in this country to address the serious complains deceiving/tricky flaws in the services by the service providers, such as TRAI (for users) and hence these service providers are taking undue advantage of this and do not care about customers much,Consumer courts and other places are time consuming and are not very effective. Thief is a "judge "and "thief " himself (service provider),his Own Nodal officers are 24 years old boys without any experience, and not to talk of appleate officer who refers back to Nodal officer, mind you this is 3rd level of complain with Svc provider, I have not mention the customer service specialist. Even today my handset indicates that
"Airtel
Unknown" where as in place of unknown it should show the particular Svc Number should be indicated. After several complain attempts I surrendered and waiting /thinking to Port ?Each time I move away from one tower of Airtel to another I need to register the service and only then it will start working or else migration from one tower to another any call received will be blanked out and no out going calls can be made.Several complains yielded no results from Airtel .I am left with one option that knock the doors of consumer court, where being an senior citizen it is tiring for me to do so and until and unless Airtel is not dragged to court ,things will not improve / work satisfactorily ?
