Counterfeit items on Ecommerce sites
Sellers on Snapdeal and even other sites are selling counterfeit products on sporting goods, fashion and other categories. Is there any law that protects consumers from counterfeiting.

Govt. has not been able to enforce MRP on mineral water. Hotels and restaurants openly selling at an exorbitant rates. more

Hello Sandhya Madam and our Circle Members while purchase thru e-commerce any Items should check that have Warranty and Service Station because they sell very low price Items big margin so we want awareness and they give short period warranty not enough. more

Maybe the Legal Metrology Department should be delinked from Consumer Affairs Ministry as the uneducated Ministers tend to have affairs with sellers to cheat common public by looking the other way. Also we all know that Ministers grab positions and are often found non meritorious in their task/performance. Ideally Consumer Affairs Ministry should be headed by Judiciary person who knows laws better for quick settlements. more
