The moot question for SEBI is to achieve 100% dematerilisation and for that please go thru my post <https://www.localcircles.com/a/home?pid=IdJ17A2eWlgtdgRQ9-009aI59iamjTpuJ_ZN-7-Trj0>; more
Strongly feel that the date should be extended till 30th June 2019. SEBI should consider. more
So what happens if the holder has passed away. Would the shares be stuck?? more
It will be great if SEBI facilitates easy disposal of shares for those senior citizens who want to get return on their investment. For those who want to continue with the shares, extension of date to June 30 will be extremely useful. In any case, (1) the process of conversion in Demat or (2) process of disposal of shares; should be made easy. more
Thanks. It will be of great help without any disadvantage to concerned authorities. Regards. more
