All our state governments are more interested in politics rather than ensuring protection of interests of their citizens. We elections are on the door steps we very easily become lured of their falls promises and pools of lies in the process of creating partitions in societies. We forget all their past misdeeds and start dancing on their finger tips. Under such a situation when these dishonest and shrewd politicians know well the easiest ways of befooling the people, why should they be worried for the problems of these fools ! more
During the last 50 years all wings of administration including judiciary have rotten due to non-accountability and corruption. Everywhere money makes a mare go. Unscrupulous business make monthly payments to the health, police or other officials and carry on manufacturing and selling fake, spurious and adulterated products. If by chance they are caught, they quickly buy stay order from court and then weaken the case by using all unethical means and ultimately win the case. Political patronage is all pervasive. There is need to overhaul the system of governance to stem the rot from every institution. more

Yes, you are correct. No State nor Central Government is enforcing this Law. Judiciary is more interested in directing the government than ensuring implementation of the law. more
