Shockingly, any Complaint Mechanism in our country has been a BIG Farce, more particularly with the Service Providers all across any spectrum - be it Banks, Telecom, Broadband, Insurers, Online Marketing Platforms and even the White Elephant - Banking Ombudsman etc. etc. because when one raises and escalates any issue up to any higher Hierarchy, the “Resolution” provided is nothing but an Eyewash as the complainant is given the same reply, which the first stage respondent gives when the issue was raised to the concerned office as the higher authorities do nothing but refers the issue back to the primary stage and replies to the complainant just like a simple POSTMAN without making any further and concrete inquiries and just NOT applying their mind and wisdom. more
