Maintaining cleanliness is the respondibility of Municipality or Municipal Corporations.Find out the lapses in these markets by expert committees and make the conccerned auuthorities accountable. If they want any help from Govt or public let them list it out.Make the exercise open .Let the municipalities,Govt and people solve their problem on a fixed time frame. more
Already banned unauthorized Govt. land possession Like (road, charagah etc.)But rare taken a action by Competent Authority.I think , electric poles And Nali ( Drains System ) Should be in Boundary of Govt. And Pvt. Land. more
the market places are made dirty by the vegetable vendors mostly . but they are all coming from remote places and leave the garbage . let the local body collect some fees and take the responsibility of cleaning . more
Rewards and apreciation certificates would give them some motivation. We should consider that more
