Clean drainage canals in NOIDA

The nation is practising Swachh Bharat activities since 2014. Under this programme, a lot of money and energy have been spent for making our environment and surroundings clean.
I have attached here two photographs. These are the photos of a drainage canal in B Block of Sector 62 in NOIDA. It is flowing in front of government buildings (BSNL, C-DAC) and bank buildings (Oriental Bank of Commerce, Bank of India). This drainage is filled with plastic and solid wastes that water flow has been practically blocked and unbearable foul smell is experienced in the area. Though Swachh Bharat activities have improved a lot of places, nothing has happened to this drainage. If anybody in this circle can bring the bad state of this drainage canal to the attention of NOIDA administration it will be a great help. more

Dear Daniel Sir, I saw your comments only now. These wastes are not thrown out from the nearby offices. I am working in C-DAC. At times we have cleared the drainage in front of our office with the help of the municipal workers. But as soon as it is cleared, it will again be filled with the garbage from the rest of the drainage. So it cannot be cleaned in bits and pieces. The drainage should be cleaned fully over its entire length which is possible only for the Administration. more
The street vendors selling Tea or other drinks should be held responsible to keep the aera clean, else they should be penalized. In case a marriage or any other programme is organized, permission should be given only after the organizer deposited security money towards cleaning the area. If the organizer fails to clean the area after the program, he should be penalized and the area should be cleaned at his risk and cost. Each one of us has to come forward to support Clean India Campaign else God is not going to help. more
What a pity to see this state of affairs , that too in front of posh Establishments. Is it true that the local administration and Swachh Bharat expect the Companies to take the lead . But there seem to have been some attempt by planting some plants to camouflage the whole affair , but despite that Mr. Vijayagopalan your eyes have spotted . In adjacent such a posh establishments this should not have taken place . It is evident that the plastics thrown are from the establishments from the windows . The establishments should have some sort of mechanism to collect their own trash and hand over to the MUNICIPALITY IF ONE IS FUNCTIONING . Why can't we bring this to the notice of the Establishments that are abutting this area. more
