Cheated by VIVO Mobiles

Hello All,I am attaching my mail sent to the VIVO, kindly read and reply for me.

Hello Team VIVO,

I am Sarvesh Nagar From Greater Noida and I would like to tell something to the vivo team regarding my phone VIVO V15 PRO 6GB RAM, 128 GB Storage; I had bought this phone 02.08.2019 aprox 10-11 month ago through AMAZON with the faith that vivo s the good growing company and its phone will be good and will take care by the vivo team after sale also.
Because I was the APPLE phone user I was difficult to trust new company but yes I did and this was my biggest mistake that time.
Now, I want to tell you something about my experience and after sale services of VIVO phones; 3 days ago my phone got switch off when I was in a meeting through ZOOM app video conference call, during the meeting my phone got blinking and then sudden switched off then I tried to ON it many time but it didn’t ON.
Yesterday Evening, I was at VIVO Services Centre Add. HAICHENG MOBILE (INDIA) PVT. LTD. 1st Floor, C-803 Raj nagar Ghaziabad and take 32 number of que, when I entered in services centre after 3 hours of waiting in sunlight and meet on of your executive inside, She just look at the phone and without inspect said it is physical damaged (My pone is brand new and don’t have any single scratch at my phone nothing broken till date). When I asked her to at least check the phone once he said YE HMARA DAILY KA KAAM HAI HM HATH ME LEKAR BTA DETE H KYA HUA HAI PHONE MAI. After 10 minutes of argument he take it inside and after 3 hours at 2:26 PM one guy called and said your phone fully damaged inside and to repair the phone you have to pay Rs. 6500/- GST extra.
It was in a heated discussion with him because it was surprise for me to know that phone is fully damaged in side without any mark at external surface.
What the hell is this going in the VIVO service centre that time I was unable to understand the situation; I reached at the service centre to collect the phone then they handover me a job sheet wherein marked that phone have scratch mark, I denied to accept this remark because when I handover the phone there was not mark of scratch, when they forced me to sign the job sheet I clearly refused the document to sign.
It was more interesting than one guy said Sir, listen I can repair your phone with original internal part at just Rs. 2500/- I refused to do it same time because I want cash rest this is not my major concern.
My concern is, after making small scratch from your executive approx. 1-2 mm only on one can proof that with this mark only phone got damaged internally.
I think this is the pre-defined policy of the company that always refused to repair the phone by replying that your phone internally damaged or liquid damaged, but you fool I want to know without physical damaged at external surface how it is possible to phone got damaged internally in very bad condition; as much as I can understand this is a trap when your executive trapped customer and repair the phone externally by getting cash amount.
I would like to request to the top level of the VIVO kindly check my phone and decide yourself that is it possible with small mark (1-2 MM mark which were created by your executive) phone got damaged internally very badly.
Hoping for the best!

is it possible to get it done online more
Nowadays online shopping websites are increasing. Suppliers which have tie up with known sites such as Amazon, flipkart are also cheating the customers. They use to supply less priced items against high priced articles. Though we raise return request, they will not respond. One of the recent tablet sales site bookmytab.com is a fake site and their account page on facebook is also fake. When I contacted their customer service mobile number provided there on the facebook account, they poached Rs.16000 from my credit card. Hence, beware of these fake web sites. Better buy from the retail outlets situated locally. more
They will "look in to the matter" after they solve the problem in east Ladakh. Then other alternative is to approach Rahul Gandhi or Sitaram Yachuri as they have good political influence with Chinese, Bye Bye VIVO more
I buy "Made in India " more
Cheaper products like vivo do not have adequate sealing and as a result, water enters when you use it with wet/moist hands and causes internal damage. more
It is important to dry one's hand after washing. If one does not take care, the residual water will get inside the phone and corrode the electronics inside the phone.

Other way water can get inside if one walks in the rain or keeps the phone in shirt ot trouser pocket and one's sweat enters the phone. Better to use a purse that one can sling across the shoulders for carrying the phone, more
We are using VIVO phone a cheap model for last five years, it is little slow but still working. Maybe, the phone supplied was tampered with before being supplied to customer. It is better to approach consumer court to file grievance. more
