It is observed I tried to contact Paytm on their platform via app also but could not post my general grievance or post a message not to send me any message regarding Hindustan Times News paper subscription request which I have also talked to Newspaper spokperson on phone to stop the newspaper but Newspaper media is not sending me any message on my message box but Paytm is sending message of newspaper renewal every now & then on my message box which I could not block the message box due to Paytm utitily. Hope the concerned authorities will look into matter & set the things right. more
Paytm has become too automatic. It has preset format for customer interaction. That does not serve the purpose Manya times. They do not have a mail Identification where you can contact on your specific grievance. Slowly Paytm is becoming customer unfriendly and it is trying to hide away from customers.
