Action Request from Swachh Bharat Abhiyan

Dear Friends,

The local constituency level circles for Swachh Bharat have now been initiated in Delhi/NCR (11 locations), Mumbai (7 locations), Hyderabad (2 locations) and Bangalore (3 locations).

We will continue to add new local circles for the Abhiyan if we have 1000+ citizens from a location.

There are some hurdles in involving municipal ward Councillors though this is a welcome suggestion. one should be matured enough to approach this campaign as a social movement. I'm doubtful about the attitude of the elected council members. so let the public involve themselves in this campaign. the office bearers of various residential /apartment Associations/clubs should take initiative to keep their respective neighborhood clean. more

Municipal ward councellors must be included without fail to implement effective cleaning in respective wards. Only then it would become successful and would remain a cleaned area. more
