1. Sweet Drinks

Juice (100% juice included), sweet tea, sweet coffee drinks, soda, energy drinks, sports drinks.

2. Condiments

Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, Ranch dressing and other salad dressings, soy sauce, barbecue sauce.

3. Fried foods

French fries, potato chips, fried fish or chicken, tempura, onion rings.

4. Candy and sweetened dried fruit

Gummy bears, jellybeans, licorice, milk chocolate, and any sweetened or candied dried fruit.

5. Alcohol

Beer, wine, whisky, alcoholic cocktails.

6. Baked goods

Croissants, white bread, baguettes, cookies, pizza, pastry, frozen dough.

7. Canned fruit and vegetables

Canned tomato sauce, canned beans, corn, peas, or chickpeas, canned peaches or pineapples.

No standard rule for everyone please. Some of the items listed by you are useful for some, e.g. alcohol in moderate quantity. while it may be harmful for someone else. Regular physical activities can make a real difference irrespective of food habits. more  
Dear sir, All you said is better for humen being, but few of thing I want say , that is physical activity. The ppl don't have physical activity will be easily caught plenty of dieses. It can be mantey, physically, abdominal, and etc. more  
Food is what you digest and do not suffer in the short/long term, keep you hale & hearty. more
