Builders atrocities in neus with Govt & Judiciary

Its been more than 18 years+ builders have been looting people day in day out . Every Govt and judiciary allow them to do so without any strict laws . RERA is another farce where they calm down victim citizens without a single execution till date.. There must be more than 15 to 20 lacs citizens in delhi/NCR victim of such malpractice and loot for which successive Govts in centre have been a deliberate mute spectator .. Why is not a criminal case under forgery and force builders to refund or committment on construction . In my case too NCDRC has put the same as " the matter has been listed for final hearing subject to notification as & when due" . I filed my case in 2015 .. How govt mechanism has made citizens harassed and suffer without any strong deliberation. I will appeal all of them who all are victim kindly join hands with me to force govt and judiciary to take action.. You can not get justice in india with wait & watch mode. We all need to work together to hold them accountable day in day out ...

      If RERA also second Consumer Protection Act and other Criminal Acts, things go like the Fate of Citizen and Country the cases of Sri Laloo Prasad Yadav, Smt. Vijaya Lalita, Smt. Sasikala and like those which are pending with ACB, CID, CBI and other competent Courts decades together , NONE CAN BELIEVE JUSTICE AND THE PLACEMENT OF JUDICIARY in the Indian Constitution becomes questionable.
      S.C. also is not in a position to justify their earlier Judgments on the issue of Justice and Speedy Justice and , the Justice to the Poor .
      There is absolute necessity to move with comprehensive coverage and Constitutional Demand . more
