I Suresh S joined in the company in 2012 and working hard for the company, but all of a sudden in the Month of March 2019 head HR asked me to submit resignation, that I have not done, so they stopped my bonus and pay and allowances of the year/ month.once I submitted my resignation on 27/3 , they released the above both amounts in second week of April 2019. I requested them for severance package cause I have an agreement with the company 64 years superannuation 76 months balance to work, my salary was 2.4 L per Month, can I go for suite against the company cause company profit is Rs. 247 cr in the last quarter.

It is a tricky issue. Your query is not clear and not in detail. As GM, the Company may have various expectations on you, which you may have agreed too. Presumably, other reason for the management may be to discard this position you were holding and to run the show with junior staff, which is a practice in most of the companies. You may have executed an employment contract and/or an agreement, which might have clauses of dismissal, incase an employees conduct, performance, faithfulness, loyal etc.,

Analise all these employment clauses, any commitment you have submitted, which, probably not fulfilled . Before submitting resignation, have you sought reason for their pressurizing you to quit the job?, in writing. If in writing, whether by e-mail or personal delivery, with acknowledgement. If by mail, had you submitted from the Company ID or from your personal ID? If from personal ID, reason for mailing from personal ID and why not from company ID?.

Had you submitted from Company mail ID, it becomes legal and valid for your further action. My best suggestion is to consult some HR consultant of some big unit for his opinion through some of your good contacts, before proceeding legally. more
