advocate using his degree for threatening of legal case
the year 2017, got an FIR registered ( On November 2018) against my son at Tis Hazari Court.
Dates mentioned on complaints are of year
1. Year 2013 without dates where he is saying that my son was taking photographs of his mother and sister and latter on he withdraw his complaint.
2. year 2015 , date 30 October , complaint to police that that his mother is beaten by my son on night (10-1030pm) before i.e on 29 October 2015, his mother asked for help but nobody came for help near sanatan Dharam Mandir. Infact my son on this mention week was not at Delhi and has gone to a relatives place at U.P. and here no followup is shown by advocate for his mother complaint to police .
and from 2016 my son is not living at Delhi.
I O came & told us about FIR & told to get Bail. i told I O that my son is not living with us and not at Delhi but I O insists on bail.
Please advice what to do?
