Quality and service are no issues. But after the recent interference by TRAI under so called customer friendliness (???), the tariffs have become too high and rendered the watching of TV a big pain now. If they control the cost of the so called free channels, it will make most people happy. TRAI has put an enormous burden by bringing that Rs. 153 compulsory minimum charges.
