i wanted to switch loan from HDFC to SBI. on 1st Oct they SMSed that they have sent my loan application.
now one SBI person is asking " how to visit your house...which way it is, how far from there" Another person called up from Kilpauk that "you have to show the original document, no no no noh, you have to come here, yes yes you can send a person with those document"
Good now. Dealing with SBI since 1980. They have really improved in service and automation. Good!
SBI ATM counter no 00813048 at the premises of R V College of Engg Bangalore - cctv was not working since 2002 thats why pil=ferage of money by ATM could not be detected manager was helpless
I am pleased to state that SBI NRI branch at V Avenue, Annanagar West treats their customers really very well. The features offered by SBI through their online services are par excellence. The ambiance at the branch is very good and adequate staff to customers ratio ensures personalized attention.
While this appreciation pertains to NRI branches only the same can not be said about other normal SBI branches. they are always over crowded and always the counters are poorly manned. It takes between one to two hours after getting automated token for someone to be called. So many branches are located in such crowded areas where parking place is not at all considered for the number of customers on a daily basis. I have seen on several occasions the traffic police towing away the vehicles for traffic violation of parking rules. Customers get frustrated due to the inordinate delays. SBI needs to be more responsive to provide proper amenities and pro active time bound services to their loyal customers.
