I am having account with SBI Adambakkam, Chennai branch. The ATM is permanently closed. They donot give cash payment also from our accounts What is the purpose of keeping balance in the a/c? Earlier it used to be All ladies branch. Now one male member is sitting in the counter and he is very discourteous to the customers.

At the outset the services at SBI has improved a lot, They have been standing in line with the present Government to eradicate Black Money and Nefarious activities from the neighbouring country. Yes there have been hitches in the initial stage when RBI was supplying the new currency notes less than what was needed. But of late the position has improved. Educating the general mass who have less knowledge of banking and use of Credit /Debit cards has also been taken up. Few of the retired staff have worked in the branches to ease out the situation.Overall the services at SBI has been good and I wish they continue to do the good job in days to come to eradicate the Black Money, Money Laundering,Terrorist activities too.

I have a SB account in SBI Varanasi city branch, Varanasi. Service in the branch is some what O K. But its ATM nearby is poorly maintained though it is located in the city center with large number of users both local and tourists from almost all corners of the country.

the service in sbi is of high order despite the acute staff shortage. only problem with them is that that they do not cash enough . often the branch get its remittance only by 2.00pm
