In the lanes and by lanes of these areas residents park their four wheelers on either side of the roads there by there is no place left for the movement of other vehicles as the road is totally occupied by these parked vehicles.If these vehicles are parked on one side of the road atleast their would be free passage for the other vehicles to move.
