In my opinion collecting toll is NOT acceptable, we have already paid life-time road tax for TWO & FOUR wheeler, the municipals are also collecting tax. With all these taxes collected by the state Govt. and Central Govt. we the citizens expect good and decent roads, good pavement for the children, seniors, physically handicapped people to walk around. But day-by day the situation is worse and over and above the TOLL collection. I feel we are really getting cheated in the name of rules. But concession is given to the elite class viz. MPs, MLAs, govt. senior officers etc. who can really afford to pay toll. Even the state run buses collect toll fee along with the tickets. I really do not know where we are heading????
