NEW GUNTUR (NGNT)

The Guntur new station is hopeless one .Most of the ongoing trains go to New Guntur at very odd hours and the auto fellows charge hoomuch and at the station no body is seen at night and even if a person is kelled no body will know abut it untill next day.No proper road facility and no passenger traffic at the station in the night .Very difficult to go and to come out of New Guntur station /

It takes less amount to go to Chennai than to travel from one place to New Guntur station. Hopeless station without any facility, even the way to station is also dirty and bad. Except Circar Express no daily train is there. I have a suggestion. The railways can build one ring way so that the trains coming from Vijayawada going to Chennai can go through that ring way and also vice versa. With this you can improve Guntur station also. If you want to continue using this dirty station, first provide a route and a link between Guntur to this notorious station.

There are three stations in Guntur. - New Guntur - Guntur - Nallapadu. I don't know why they have started New Guntur station. Just as they have to change the engine from back to front and reverse, they have chosen to start one station. In Guntur station to almost all trains coming from Vijayawada and Tenali side, they have to change the engine from electric loco to diesel loco. The same in reverse in reverse direction. When they ae doing this for all the trains I don't know why they have started New Guntur station. There are no facilities in that station. Going and coming from that station is horrible. Auto charges are higher than flight charges. At least now, let them close this station and redirect the trains (only 3 - Lucknow - Chennai; Jan Shatabdi and Circar Express), to Guntur
