Lots of places traffic has increased and it is managed pretty well.The problem is the ROAD , in most places there are no roads only manholes.Apsrt from this inorder to control traffic we need the following
1.Proper Pedestrain rules in all signal
2.Educate ppl free left turn
3.Educate them the lane system , which is lacking in most of them.
If we the citizen follow these rules then there is no need to blame the traffic police

very good in corruption but bad in fulfilling their duties

Very poor traffic administration. No commitment. Hawkers, autos, animals main hurdles. Wrong side driving rampant.Police is interested in writing challans to fulfill targets. Beggars at signal points.

Traffic sense is totally absent in Guntur and observe that indiciminate parking of vehicles , and to add confusion is the Autos who weave through traffic .The constables posted at many signals are mute spectators and do not regulate traffic especiallt at the Brindavan Gardens circle.

There is no control over the traffic and they are very lazy and no road map to vacate the street hawkers more particularly at Sunday market
