I am a holder of medical Insurance from National Insurance Co. since last twenty five years.
1. They have not sent me renewal notice before the due date for at least last five years.
2. There web site is not enabled for renewal online.
3. Their agent has to be reminded by self, and he wants a copy of the previous policy?
4. They do not still have SMS and email service.

best commercial vehicle insurance company.

National insurance is not a professional company and style of working is "sarkari".
I am surprised that Mr Niharendu had terrible experience but rated it excellent, how is that possible? May be a unfair practice to score higher.
