Stray Dogs and People who behave like stray dogs have to be caught and punished...
Dog is still so called animal but at some locality people does nuisance shit on road and rubbish stuff like peeing and spitting all around the garden or where children's are playing.... infact surrounding empty landlord plots are not maintained in Chembur so called costliest place with lot of facilities and schools around...
Govt should take strict actions to stop all such issues which is yet to control... why govt is still quite

YOU WILL FIND DOGS AT ALL PUBLIC PLACES WHERE PEOPLE ARE GOING IN THE MORNING OR EVENING.SPECIALLY CHILDREN ELDERLY PERSONS FIND BIGGER PROBLEM THAN YOUTH.

Stray Dogs and cats are a menace, when will the BMC control them. Some time we even see stray cows/buffaloes on the roads, but who is bothered?
