This train have tried to provide value for Money.

railways should stop catering if they cannot handle. the food , snacks and even tea which is served is horrible

i am regular traveler of railway.i don't found drinking water palace expect platform no. 1. some station don't have this on platform no 1 also. second problem is this that no plug of mobile charger on station .how we make better railway when we don't provide basic things at every station ? we found packing water bottle every station of every platform but railway don't see this side.

I traveled in that train few months back and my major disappoint was food and toilet. Let's talk on Policy. Who ever changed the making of old Toilet seat / system in Indian Toilets was wrong. The new toilet do not keep it clean. Old toilet was better. We don't change things with worst. This is the best example of it. India Railways should look in to this matter and certainly should go back to old toilet seats that were running since british period. We need to be practical.

Train needs urgent attention .Coaches are in bad shape. Seats and windows are broken. Infact seats require redesing as a journey of even 5 hours is a tourchar. Toilets are the worst. Fittings are leaking almost in all the toilets resulting in wastage of water. To add on this, Catering is very poor. Quality of food is very bad. The only good thing about the train is time taken to cover the distance. I hope corrective measures should be taken on urgent basis as this is one of our most important train.
