JMC is a mess. Lacking will to work, the approach is chalta hai. Complaints not handled , if taken up - then how to scoot away the complainant.
Fearless people, they know that no action will be taken against them. One can see all sorts of animals on the road venturing like cow, dog, pigs etc.

Again complaint mechanism is not known to masses.

Useless staff for this. Takes no action just harass the one who lodges a complaint.

They have awarded contract for dead animals but not effective as they may take more than twenty four hours For stray animals again some times you caged vehicles which pick these stray animals but over all it is not effective The problem is associated with garbage collection Unless and until this is done effectively associated problems will continue

I daily see stray animals including dogs, bulls, calf(s), even pet cows with family on the roads. There appears to be no control in my Mansarovar area (so called biggest colony in Asia....). During morning walk I see these animal groups particularly bulls (old & young), along with pet cows ... almost on all roads where garbage is dumped (no official place to dump)
