Jaipur -Sarai Rohila Double Decker

Agree with Mr Jayakumar, he has rightly pointed out Brinidavan Exp plight, similar situation exists for Lalbagh and other Trains of BNG to Chennai , TTE are just vanishing not doing their duty in most of the trains, whichve travelled, Bng Hyd Exp, Kachiguda Yeshwantpur Exp.
Mumbai Bhubaneshwar exp. Konark Exp. (have travelled Pune to Secunderabad) There seem;s to be no duty conscious by the TTE's., if such is their attitude, whey to EMPLOY THEM ??

The train travels more or less within schedule travel time. It does not serve food inside the train and that is the reason it gives a look of an ordinary train where the hawkers keep shouting to sell the eatables and that too in an unhygenic manner.

i travel frequently by shatabdiexpres & ,double decker from bangalore to chenna. Following are the points which I would like to share with you.
(1) In the middle row there is a centre table and passengers face each other and there is no sufficient leg room.It is quite inconvenient .It would have been better if all the seats were facing one direction.
(2) It would be very useful if a digital display is made indiciating the name of the present and next station and when it would reach the next station.Presently many passengers do not know when they should get ready to alight.Other details like whether the train is running etc in time can also be displayed.
(3) Cleanliness has to be improved .In shatabdi food served needs to be improved. It would be useful if a choice of the menu is permitted.

Mumbai-Nagpur Mumbai Doronto Express (12289/90)
Train timings and punctuality are very good and 8 nos of sleeper coaches help economical travel, however:
- The house keeping and cleanliness in the train is worst (tending to dirty). Despite earlier complaints, officials are interested in passing the buck (saying that its maintenance is responsibility of Nagpur). True, people lack sense of cleanliness. But the train toilets flush buttons(supposed to be mechanized) are not working, the taps are too hard to push/operate. Hence dirt does not get flushed, so why blame the passengers? This is confirmed by my recent travel (23 Feb) by 12290 wherein flush in S-1 bogie was working surprisingly, but those in S-2,S-3, S-4 bogies were out of order and toilet taps (in front of the toilet seat) were very hard to operate! Only reaching citizens via this post will not help. Action is lacking on part of the Railways!!
