the preferred airline, fair pricing if booked in advance, value for money as all the experiences have been good. avoid cancellations. They offer to change your schedule and flight on their own which may appear an irritant but it is invariably equally convenient and often acceptable. Few occasions did hv difficulty while booking but they weren't consequential enough to sway my experience.

Indigo Airlines

Debris behavior of Indigo staff in HYD airport and a pregnant lady forced to follow the long queue, resulting in "flight miss" even we had web-check in and on time arrived into Airport Hyderabad

However, it was only due to Indigo staff ignorance but passengers have to bear the additional cost of go and fro and airfare charges +same for the next day.

I called customer care and talk to the service desk but all in vain, they per imposing everything on us which is really exasperating and irresponsible behavior.

I was feeling very helpless and furious just because as Indigo staff spoiled our trip home with the medical condition of my pregnant wife. I also suffered a lot with my family who came along to pick up us on Airport from remote location Himachal.

Still not able to understand where should I raise my voice and to I should blame for this incident.
