ICICI Bank

good service

i go to ICICI bank at BSK 2nd stage in Bengaluru. generally very good service. but recently I find a slight deterioration in service. earlier after every visit to the bank a feedback was sought about the service. that has now stopped.

have account with icici and kotak...and loans in icici bank...government reduces rate of interest but they are not giving effects to the customers...and I have not getting since today...

Have a/c in ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank & SBI. ICICI Bank is the best of all as far as customer problem solving or atleast the efforts to do so are concerned. Separate desks for privileged customers is appreciated. However, they need to be more considerate for senior citizens + privileged customers & provide real privileges + beneficial programmes.

When ever go bank, ask to join in mutal, life etc. Coz of this difficult go to any branch. ATM machines are very rare to find, when find there will not enough money
