ICICI BANK

I am a customer of ICICI since its inception in Mangalore several years back. Wonderful services provided in branch level. Unfortunately, the Main Office in Mangalore is situated at a very wrong place. No parking place even at odd times. Branch at Bendor is very with cooperative staff members. I wish the branches are provided with at least one land line for easy access to staff.

Very poor!

I appreciate the efforts of ICICI Bank, Basaveshwar Nagar branch (Bengaluru) in providing the service to public/ customers in exchange of demonetized notes and withdrawal of money. They have taken extra care of Senior citizens by providing a separate queue when we see in the news the hardship faced by seniors including death in some cases due to fatigue and exhaustion.

We can ensure better data collection, planning, subsidy development, strategy, utilization, to collect analytics and out-reach data.
Let us play by our strengths.

They promised a loan but didn't give so far. Their ads are managed by third parties who simply call to verify details and their ends your application. Even 1 star can't be given.
