Their communication seems to be the worst. Information not available on their website. In absence of the extension number the caller cannot be connected to the concerned employee even through the reception as it is their internal policy. This is also their internal policy not to have contact us details on the website. One of the public domain suggest their are 1011 complaints out of which 3 complaints got resolved. Thei need to alertness in case you intend to do banking with them.

One of the most expensive banks in the country today, charge crazy amounts in the name of good service.

HSBC is very good bank, providing good services to its customers. Although agree that as compare to other banks, its not as good in case of foreign remittance but overall good in customer satisfaction.

Good bank. But worst if you are sending remittance from abroad. One of the worst conversion rates among all banks.
