HSBC is very good bank, providing good services to its customers. Although agree that as compare to other banks, its not as good in case of foreign remittance but overall good in customer satisfaction.
Senior citizens who do not get pension have to depend on their meager retirement benefits and interest earned on them. But, now the interest rates on SCSS and MIS have been drastically reduced putting extreme hardship on senior citizens. Please revise the interest rates to senior citizens to at least 10 %. Also think of giving additional ad hoc amount every month to pension-less senior citizens. Matter urgent. Finance ministry has put us in lurch in these days of growing cost of living.
