Worst bank full of cheaters, applied for debit card 2 months back , still waiting for it, meanwhile they have debited charges

Although Debit cum ATM card is blocked, Annual Fee is deducted. Shakespeare Sarani Main branch is responsible. Not acceptable.

I have savings accounts, fixed deposits, and now through them MFs. When my FDs matured recently, I invested the proceeds in MFs through Axis Bank.
Bank promised that the purchase will be made within two working days. On four occasions it took 8 to 10 days. Last check was personally given with all forms filled and signed on 09 November 2017. Till today, the 16 November 2017, there is not even the acknowledgement of receipt of check by the MF, let alone purchase.
Extremely poor and unacceptable service by the Axis Bank, BD 20 Salt Lake, Kolkata-700 064 Branch.
