In namakkal district tiruchengode taluk,revenue department very very worst.because survey no 139/2a and pattano199 put into wrong names,by vao and deputy tashildae anandan and tashildar rathinam.i will prove it.

Not willing to refund for the cancelled trip

I have booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Trivendrum and the bus got cancelled. It has been 4.5 months and they outright ruled out the option of refund and the only option is I can book tickets on the limited routes available with them for the fare they were supposed to refund. I threatened them with Consumer court and they are not even bothered. I never felt so helpless
