electricity Supply

The situation is exteremly pathetic.The current may be gone for several hours at a stretch and one never even knows when it will be restored.Any calls to customer service are not picked up.The visit to the Office also does not result in any kind of answer.Total Uncertainty about everything including supply.

Very frequent power failure. If shut down announced for one hour but it will be restored after two, there or four hours. Most of the time it is unscheduled & unscheduled for restoration as well. it should be penalized if delayed in restoration & non respond timely.

India is changing and progressing but the electricity problem in Indirapuram remains where it had been when I shifted to my flat at Abhay Khand 3 Indirapuram in 2007 the electricity fees are rising but the shortage of electricity remain the same. Nobody is there to solve the issue. I wish the new government will take some strict measures and restore electricity . There is no officer to talk to us except for a lineman who is rude and discourteous. Dr S.Sanyal

It is much worser in summers or rains when you would want it desperately and the worst is the cuts at Night s of Sunday when you must reach office fresh but you have not slept the entire night.
