MSEDCL (OLD MSEB) at palghar district - we see little improvement in post MSEB period unde MSEDCL. But still the problem of occasional corruption is still faced by consumers. Secondly they always cry for material (cut out, meter, cable, transformer etc.) non availability and ask consumer to spend. Either Chief engineer should agree to this and manage the store or if disagree (probable) quick response help line should be establish where such instance are attended ASAP. When consumer is in dark, he can not opt to remain in dark for regular grievance route.
