DTDC Courier and Cargo limited

DTDC is curse to courier industry and business. They don't have any standards, policy , and comittment for customer service and satisfaction and redressal of their complaints. I have had many worst experience with DTDC and finally I decided to keep DTDC out of my list. And DTDC charges are exorbitant They have least concern on customer concerns and in addressing complaints for lost or delayed courier documents. The best , most reliable and cheapest courier service (for documents ) today in India is the Speed Post of Indian Postal Department .All Indians should use and support Speed Post service. Among private courier companies segment I rate little known Maruti courier as best as it is faster , reliable and customer friendly. Like this there are few more private courier agencies who can be relied upon.And in any case I strongly recomment against using DTDC for courier services which is very costly and unreliable

We have experience with professional,DTDC, first flight and also Bluedart. Sofaqr our experince has been good.

I live in Pune. I sent a courier in last year December from DTDC Warje Office. Its almost a year. Neither courier is reached nor i got any response from their side. I called so many times January & February 2015. Warje office said,"We cant help it. Call the main office." And Main office said,"Call Bengalore Office." I had spent almost 200 in calling here and there. But nobody gives the proper response. Later i became frustrated and left things as it is. Now i'll never use the DTDC service. India Post is best. Atleast it gives proper guidance and assurity to reach the destination.

I live in Sheelanagar, which is very nearer to Natayyapalem. I received a parcel A32864283 Dated 22-9-2015 from Ahmedabad(Amazon). I received a call from your Natayyapalem DTDC office saying that, to pick parcel from DTDC office Natayyapalem. I want to know why it is happening only with DTDC. I am regularly receiving letters and parcels from Postal Department and rest of all Courier Agencies. I told DTDC Staff, that this matter will be informed to your Head Office, they boldly said, yes you can do it no problem. However, I informed to AMAZON about this, they made it to send to my home.
The same matter with DTDC No. K74628261 Dated 27-3-2015 from Bhubaneswar. . I told DTDC Staff, that this matter will be informed to your Head Office, they boldly said, yes you can do it no problem. I picked it personally.
Once, customer enters DTDC office, staff will give importance to chit chat among them. They will never recognise/acknowledge customer presence.
DTDC has setup offices from Natayyapalem to Old Gajuwaka in three places one kilometre apart. One is in Natayyapalem. Second Gajuwaka Auto Nagar Bus Stop back side, third at old Gajuwaka Junction.

Poorest service. They will call us to pick up parcel. They never deliver to the given address. I request the participants not to opt for DTDC for ever
