There is no concept of Service or Probity in the company. We imported an electronics item which was shown as clothing and hefty import duty charged, When we enquired about customs documents, there is no reply needless to add it has been months we have been waiting for them to come up with a reply, Needless to add delivery has not been affected as our company will not accept fake documents

I Had a very bad experience with the DTDC i sent a consignment from Kokatta Branch CCU 779 Park Street vide Consignment Number k 20583502 Delivery run sheet ORSZ007002 the consgnment weight was 4.8Kg they charged me for 10 Kg rs 448 secondly the items were found missing on complaint on 19.12.2026 no reply till date no compensation only regret inconvenience since then i am not using as it was gift for my daughter on her birthday on 26 Dec.

We booked an international parcel on 6th Nov. 2015 with stuff to used by my daughter in UK. The online tracking kept showing the status as "In transit" till 16th Nov. We kept on calling the office about the status besides online tracking.
The packet was actually delivered to opposite shop on 11th Nov. (the Shop person is unknown to my daughter). No intimation on her flat door. No telephonic communication though the number was on the packet. The Diwali stuff got spoiled. Other items are also damaged. The Diwali gift a Fastrack wrist watch worth 2600 rupees not repairable. Total damages of more than 15000/- rupees besides courier charges of 3960/-.
