DTDC Courier , Cargo & Logistics Services

I wish to bring to your DTDC office services in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam area.
I live in Sheelanagar, which is very nearer to Natayyapalem. I received a parcel A32864283 Dated 22-9-2015 from Ahmedabad(Amazon). I received a call from your Natayyapalem office saying that, to pick parcel from DTDC office Natayyapalem. I want to know why it is happening only with DTDC. I am regularly receiving letters and parcels from Postal Department and rest of all Courier Agencies. I told DTDC Staff, that this matter will be informed to your Head Office, they boldly said, yes you can do it no problem. However, I informed to AMAZON about this, they made it to send to my home.
The same matter with DTDC No. K74628261 Dated 27-3-2015 from Bhubaneswar. . I told DTDC Staff, that this matter will be informed to your Head Office, they boldly said, yes you can do it no problem. I picked it personally.
Once, customer enters DTDC office, staff will give importance to chit chat among them. They will never recognise/acknowledge their presence.
They have setup DTDC offices from Natayyapalem to Old Gajuwaka in three places one kilometre apart. One is in Natayyapalem. Second Gajuwaka Auto Nagar Bus Stop back side, third at old Gajuwaka Junction.

HOPELESS SERVICE

Very well service to the nation

Reliance Fresh 0n the road from court to Central bus stand at Tiruchirappalli
One of my friends daughter has missed her hand bag along with credit card and the mobile, and not sure where she left. Based on the shops visited, she contacted the Reliance fresh and informed about the approximate time of her visit to the shop.The shop has done a great thing by reviewing the video recording at that time, with the complainant leaving the shop with the bag in her hand. Great job and appreciable. Kudos to them. 5 Stars
The Chennai silk was her second stop, and the response was so poor advising the customer that she should have been careful in keeping things and they said the cameras are not working, maybe they don't want spend time for the customer to review the camera. What a contrast! 1 Star

As my father Mr.Venkatasubramanian has commented. We have experienced a very bad customer service from DTDC. I had sent a very important document through DTDC and its been over 15 days and DTDC is totally unaware and are unable to trace the package. Worst of all they dont even bother to respond to our queries. We are planning to take sue them at the consumer grievances redressal forum. Friends please stay away from DTDC even if they give their "service" for free unless u want to keep searching endlessly for the item you sent.

Mr. Inaobi, What do you mean by wrong information. We have the receipt as evidence that the courier that was sent with you and we are still unable to track after nearly 15 days. Our queries to customer service repeatedly has gone unanswered. Is this your definition of customer service. Please google for DTDC and find for yourself how many complaints your organisation is facing. Alas I wish I had done this before sending the courier.
