DTDC courier service is the best in North East India.

DTDC is better at Kolkata and worst title goes to Bluedart. Service delivery of courrier is highly individual experience oriented.

This DTDC courier is the worst courier system in India. I am telling this from my experience. I was sent an important document from vanamampet, Chitoor, AP through the authroised agent of DTDC M/S Sai Dinesh Enterprises, on 4-12-14. But it id yet to receive by me. On query, the customer care center in Chennai has told that the consignment no referred by me is not in their online record. So I contacted the man in M/S Sai Dinesh Enterprises, Chitoor over the phone. But he didn't respond positively. So I am now contacting Santhosh in CSS Hyderabad and yet to get a favourable reply from him. So I have asked him to give me contact details of higher officials in DTDC. I am yet to get any reply for this also. So I can rate this courier as zero

I am sorry to say that your DTDC is not as good as you said. Even after repeated request to your ccs hyderabad by me and by my son I didn't get any response from them. I was also informed by your agent M/S Dinesh Enterprises at Vanamampet, Chitoor from where the important document was sent that he had actually despatched it from his center. But since the server was not in order, he didn't make an entry in the site. he told that he would trace and inform me soon. I came to know from your people here in Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu that even if it was not entered in one center it would be entered in the next center. But I am yet to get any reply from anywhere either from Hyderabad or Chitoor. then how do you expect me to rate your courier. Mistakes may happen but people in the responsible position must try to solve the problem and satisfy the customer.My consignment no is no H35643611 dt 4-12-14. Thank you for your response
