BSNL is getting worse each day: can't believe it can get any more worse!Phone conversations get cut off in between: some times it takes 3-4 attempts just to pass on a simple message. Quality of audition is very poor and vocie breakups a re very common. Wrong [recorded] messages often, like "please check the number you have dialled; this number does not exist; this number is out of range". Try a few times and one does get through.
The lesser said about their network connectivity the better. I am being charged Rs.700-850 every month for their EVDO facility. I am very lucky if I get even Rs.10 worth of services. I have been complaining to their offices for the last 4 years. DO I need to wait more? And BSNL is quite surprised that its customers are falling away. Provide services before you fleece customers. There is a general opinion that BSNL is deliberately "downgrading" their services just to help private entities. I believe this is true. Or why else would any self respecting organization get so shoddy?
