Dept is making people mentally handicapped

The existing state of higher education is deplorable.The 97% of the students /researchers are MOSTLY interested in graving degree aiming a high paying job.The public and private institution connected with Higher education are put under pressure to award high marking to participants whether they really deserve or not. The scholars are not putting reasonable hard work to learn but aiming a degree some how and knowledge is secondary. Money plays important role in this process. In brief we can say the entire system has been commercialized and purchase of degree has become easy if you have money to invest. However some of the scholars are really gem but percentage is less than 5. This state is very dangerous for our Nation.
