To set up a cost-effective plant health clinic with facility to diagnose biotin and antibiotic stress, soil nutritional status and toxicology etc.To advise and facilitate Eco-friendly control measures and management of diseases, disorders and deficiencies. Impart training and field demonstration with the help of community resource persons and agriculture scientists.

Crop irrigation for farmers and agricultural product pricing & storage system is very poor. No control on middlemen & agents. While they charge very high from end users and pay very nominal amount to the farmers.

I don't think that there was any awareness drive about this entity(agriculture research and education) in last four years. We being agricultural dominant country how can we ignore it and shift attention on medical commission, rear and all those stuff.

not moving towards GM crops, we need to improve research to get more immune crops to drought and floods
